ORDERING:
Step one: When you're ready to order, please call, and I'll fill out a build sheet for your assembly as we discuss all your details. We will then email you an estimate for your review and approval. When you're satisfied that everything is correct, you can approve the estimate. When we receive your approval, we will convert your estimate to an invoice and send it with a link for payment via credit card. A deposit of 50% will start the order. The balance is due when we call to tell you your order is scheduled for final assembly.
All credit cards are accepted and we also accept ACH payments. Deposits and other payments can be made through our online payment system. We do not accept PayPal.
PAYING BY CHECK?
If you wish to send us a check, please use ONLY a delivery method with a tracking number, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx. Do not send a check in a standard white envelope with a postage stamp if you want it to get here. It may not get to us.
MONEY WIRES
We accept money wires from all countries and all states. Ask us for our bank wire information and it will be emailed to you. Do not use a money wire service named WISE, as it is dangerous. WISE sent our funds to the wrong bank and wrong bank account TWICE. The second time, we lost $2400 and WISE refused to retrieve the funds. You should NEVER use WISE as a money wire service. If the money is misdirected, it is unrecoverable. To send a money wire, go to your bank.
PHYSICAL PICKUP:
Our standard shipping method is UPS, but if you wish to come and pick up your order, just call to schedule the pickup appointment. This can be arranged after we receive the final payment for your order. Please note that the final balance due cannot be made on pickup day as a "COD". FULL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO PICKUP., OR PICKUP WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE.
RETURNS:
If you need to return something to us due to damage, malfunction, or defect, please call us for preauthorization. In most cases, we will arrange for the pickup and pay return shipping back to us at no cost to you.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Any order cancellation after 10 days is subject to a 20% restocking charge. This is to offset the redirection of the components already in process and to cover the administrative and logistics costs. There are no exceptions. ALL CANCELLATIONS AFTER 10 DAYS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING CHARGE.
REFUNDS:
Please allow 30 days for refunds. In some cases, it can take longer, depending on the reason for the return.
