We will be shut down for the Christmas holidays from Tuesday, December 24th, until Monday, January 6th this year. If you need to discuss something during that time, please use email. I will be answering them each morning. Phone calls will not be answered during Christmas vacation.

Therefore, if your order is time-sensitive, you will save about two weeks by placing it before our 13-day Christmas shutdown,

TEXTING:
Please do not send texts. Email is the best way to send me a message or any inquiry. I try to answer all emails within 24 hours, including on weekends.

If you have a list of questions, please call my cell phone number: (203) 623-0659. I answer calls between 9 am and 5 pm Monday through Thursday. We're closed on Fridays.

I do my best to answer voicemails, and if I see a missed call I will try to call you back as soon as I am free. Thank you.

ORDERING:
All orders are taken over the phone. When you are ready to order, please call and I will fill out a build sheet for your assembly as we discuss every detail. I will ask a list of questions to be sure your assembly is built to your exact specifications. From the build sheet, an estimate is created and emailed to you for your approval. When you're satisfied that everything is correct, we'll take a payment to start the order.

A 50% deposit will activate your order. Our vendors require us to make immediate payment so we ask you to pay your second-half promptly when it is due. Your order can only be scheduloed for final assembly after the second half paynment has been received.

PAYMENT:
We will discuss the payment method with you before you send any money. NEVER SEND MONEY UNLESS THE METHOD OF PAYMENT HAS BEEN DISCUSED….SEVERAL OF OUR CUSTOMERS HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY PHONEY PAYMENT REQUESTS! One scam instructs customers to make a payment through Paypal, money wire, cash app, or Zelle. If you ever get such an email, do NOT send any money. It's a scam.

CREDIT CARD
All credit cards are accepted, but the credit card processing bank will add a 4% processing fee to your payment. We don’t charge or receive any of this fee; it is added to your charge by the bank. Anyone wishing to avoid the credit card fee can pay in a variety of other ways. Please note that we do not accept PayPal.

PAYMENT BY CHECK
We accept personal or company checks as long as your name or company name is imprinted by the bank on the face of the check. Because of counterfeit cashier's checks, we do not accept them.

SENDING METHOD:
If you wish to send us a check, please use a delivery method with a tracking number such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx. We ask that you DO NOT SEND A CHECK IN A STANDARD ENVELOPE WITH A POSTAGE STAMP. Please supply us with the carrier’s tracking number, which allows us to start your order before the check arrives.

MONEY WIRES
Payment can be made by money wire. Just ask us for our bank wire information and it will be emailed to you..

WARNING: Sending a money wire through a money wire service named WISE is dangerous. WISE sent our funds to the wrong bank and wrong bank account TWICE. The second time, we lost $2400 and WISE refused to retrieve the funds. NEVER use WISE as a money wire service. If the money is misdirected, it is unrecoverable.

PHYSICAL PICKUP:
Our standard shipping method is UPS, but if you wish to come and pick up your order, call to schedule the pickup. This can be arranged after we receive the final payment for your order. Please note that the final payment cannot be made on pickup day as a "COD". FULL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO PICKUP.

RETURNS:
If you need to return something to us due to damage, malfunction, or defect, please call us for preauthorization. In most cases, we will arrange for the pickup and pay return shipping back to us at no cost to you.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Order cancellations after 10 days are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

REFUNDS:
Please allow 30 days for refunds. In some cases, it may take longer, depending on the reason for the return.
