ORDERING:
Step one: When you're ready to order, please call me and I'll fill out a build sheet for your assembly as we discuss all your details. We will then email you an estimate for your review and approval. When you're satisfied that everything is correct, we can take a 50% payment to start the order. The balance is due when we call to tell you your assembly is scheduled for completion.
PAYMENT:
We will always discuss the payment method with you before you send any money. NEVER SEND MONEY UNLESS THE METHOD OF PAYMENT HAS BEEN DISCUSSED AHEAD OF TIME
CREDIT CARD
All credit cards are accepted, but the credit card processing bank adds its own 4% processing fee to your payment. We don’t receive any of this fee; it's added to your charge by the bank. Anyone wishing to avoid the credit card fee can make payment in a variety of other ways. We do not accept PayPal.
SENDING METHOD:
If you wish to send us a check, please use only a delivery method with a tracking number such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx. NEVER SEND A CHECK IN A STANDARD ENVELOPE WITH A POSTAGE STAMP. It may not get to us.
MONEY WIRES
We accept money wires from all countries and all states. Just ask for our bank wire information and it will be emailed to you.
Do not use a money wire service named WISE; it is dangerous. WISE sent our funds to the wrong bank and wrong bank account TWICE. The second time, we lost $2400 and WISE refused to retrieve the funds. You should NEVER use WISE as a money wire service. If the money is misdirected, it is unrecoverable.
PHYSICAL PICKUP:
Our standard shipping method is UPS, but if you wish to come and pick up your order, just call to schedule the pickup appointment. This can be arranged after we receive the final payment for your order. Please note that the final balance due cannot be made on pickup day as a "COD". FULL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO PICKUP.
RETURNS:
If you need to return something to us due to damage, malfunction, or defect, please call us for preauthorization. In most cases, we will arrange for the pickup and pay return shipping back to us at no cost to you.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Any order cancellation after 10 days is subject to a 20% restocking charge. This is to offset the fact that your components are already in process.
REFUNDS:
Please allow 30 days for refunds. In some cases, it can take longer, depending on the reason for the return.
