Your single source for Weber carburetion and 8-stack fuel injection for Cobras, Daytona Coupes, GT40s, and ALL GM high-performance V8's.
If you're searching for the right place to buy a high-performance 8-stack induction system, this is the red "X" on your treasure map. We're a custom induction shop that specializes exclusively in building custom 8-stack fuel injection systems and Weber 8-stack carburetion for street cars and showcars.
We are America's oldest 8-stack induction system builder in business today, specializing in both Weber carburetion systems and electronic fuel injection. If it has 8 stacks, we build it.
You can take advantage of our experience and knowledge by reading through this website. We invite you to call with your list of questions to help you make a well-informed decision.
We ship worldwide, and we're the only company in the world where you can get a Weber carburetion system or an 8-stack EFI from the same place. We offer more choices than any other source, and when you call here, you can talk to the company's owner, Jim Inglese or his son Vincent ("Vinny") instead of a salesperson. So, when a prospective customer says to us, “I can get the same thing from another place much cheaper," our response is, “No, you can’t.”
We will strive to provide you with the best customer experience possible. We believe that what matters isn't the number of customers we serve, it’s the number of customers we can please. Our goal is to delight every customer with outstanding individual customer service.
GET IT ALL WITH ONE CALL
Our packages are complete. You won't need to buy anything else from any other source or figure out anything on your own. We want to minimize the calls with technical questions, so we supply our own instruction manual to guide you through every step of the conversion process. And if you still need help, just call. We want the process to be easy, and we'll be there for you all the way.
GENUINE WEBER SALES AND SERVICE
We've been a Weber carburetion sales & service center since 1979, and we sell and service only GENUINE WEBER carburetors. Webers were originally manufactured in Bologna, Italy, and in 1992, production was moved to Madrid, Spain where they continue to be made today. There are only two international distributors of Weber carburetors...Webcon in the UK and WorldPac (Redline/Weber) here in the U.S.A.
BEWARE OF COUNTERFEIT CHINESE WEBERS
Chinese copies of Weber carburetors are made by at least three companies. These cheap copies are sold at half the price of real Weber carburetors but they're labeled and sold as Weber carburetors, which they're NOT. And, they are what you would expect from anything made in China...bad quality. Sloppy drilling, inconsistent machining, and inaccurately calibrated metering parts show up during idle or cruise, where engines spend almost all their time. Those Chinese copies look identical to genuine Webers, but they're low-quality, just like everything made in China. As carburetors go, they're junk.
A basic law of business says, "You can't get the highest quality for the lowest price -- you get what you pay for". That's very true.
We don’t service or repair any Chinese-made Weber copies All genuine Weber carburetors are manufactured in Italy or Spain and say MADE IN SPAIN or BOLOGNA ITALY. There's a simple way to identify fake Weber carburetors. All Chinese copies say MADE IN ______ with the country of origin left blank. No country of origin = it's a Chinese copy.
ALSO BEWARE OF CHINESE EFI's
You've probably already seen these on the internet. They sell for about $2400 and come unassembled and incomplete....but they look great in the photos and that price is bait to reel in unsuspecting customers who don't know any better. Be careful. The Chinese EFI's come with no injectors, no sensors, and no ECU...you'll need to figure all that out yourself. In the end, YOU WILL PAY. And not just for more parts. Anyone who actually manages to get one running soon finds out they run very badly and there's no one there to answer questions or provide tech service. That's because the dealers that sell those Chinese EFI's don't know anything about fuel injection...they're just order-takers!
If you know the name of the Chinese EFI company I'm talking about, click on this link and put their name into the search box: https://www.pissedconsumer.com/ As of August 2024, 84 customer reviews had earned them an amazing 83% NEGATIVE RATING and they had 1.8 Stars out of 5. Be sure to read all the reviews if you are even considering one of those Chinese EFI's.
Here's one more simple basic law of business: "If it looks too good to be true, it is." You will pay the higher price later.
EARLY YEARS
The photo below is from our archives. Back in the day, Jim actually got to tune three of the original six Daytona Coupes by being in the right place at the right time. He traveled to tracks with a fishing tackle box filled with Weber jets and carburetor parts and whenever he flew somewhere, that box was right there with him on the plane. This photo was taken sometime during the mid-70s at Bridgehampton, so this Daytona Coupe was only about ten years old then... and Jim was 30-something.
Back then, nobody imagined that those cars would become priceless historic racecars. But even then, Jim jumped at the chance to get his hands on one of them. He never charged anybody (he was so glad to work on one that he would have paid them for such a privilege). 48 years later, Jim is still tuning these Weber carbureted engines today.
Jim is shown here tuning one of the original Daytona Coupes back in the day. He was young and still had hair back then (and he had no idea how silly he looked in those short gym shorts).
If you're curious about Weber carburetion or thinking of putting an 8-stack EFI unit on your car, this is the website where you'll find the answers to your questions. And if you don't see the information you need, just call us. We'll be very happy to spend time with you to answer your questions. When you call, there's no voice loop or extension choices, and you won’t have to press #1 for English.
Our fuel injection systems can be ordered two ways. We can build you one with modern throttle bodies or one that looks just like Weber carburetors. You’d have to be an expert to know it’s an EFI.
We offer the world's largest selection of V8 8-stack systems and associated specialty parts for Cobras, GT40's, Early Mustangs, Corvettes, and custom vehicles, from all-out racing units for vintage race cars to "jewelry" for world-class show cars. We are the world's leading producer of 8-stack induction systems for Cobras and GT40's, and we also manufacture accessories and ancillary components for additional authenticity.
Besides the performance increase you'll experience with this type of induction system, there is of course the visual benefit. When you open your hood at your next car show, nobody will ever yawn and walk by again. People will stop in their tracks to look at your engine. There will be lots of questions.
Most likely, you've heard the good, the bad, and the ugly about Weber carburetors. Some people say they work great...others say Weber carburetors are nothing but trouble. On this website, I'm providing you with factual information about Weber carburetion based on decades of experience building and tuning Weber carburetion on V8's. My data is factual, based on real-world dyno tuning sessions on Weber-carbureted V8's since before replicas existed of the popular sports and racing cars available today.
After reading the information on this website, one thing is for sure...you'll be a lot smarter when you leave. Rule #1 is "Forget whatever else you've heard about Webers".
If you’re here because you’re interested in EFI, I'll be happy to discuss your project with you and suggest a complete package tailored for you, to match your engine and vehicle.
THE OLD DINOSAUR TODAY
An Overview
We don't just assemble induction units, we approach what we do here as art. Our goal is to be the leader in the industry and that means giving every customer more than what they expect. We are driven by a desire for excellence and we strive for a product that shows our commitment to attention to detail.
"Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might." ECCL 9:10
Every 8-stack system is built to order and matched to the engine and vehicle it's intended for. There are no assembled units all finished and sitting on the shelf. Each one is created for its application. When you place your order, we'll work on the phone with you to create the build sheet that the shop will use as the instructions for your induction unit. We then generate an invoice we'll email for your approval. This two-step process ensures that we have all the details correct.
We offer more V8 applications and related accessories than any other Weber or EFI 8-stack shop in the world, so if you're planning on putting an 8-stack system on a V8, this is the only website where you'll find the information you're going to see here.
If you email me with your questions, you'll usually hear back from me the same day. We check emails several times a day and we answer everybody.
Other sources offer similar products, and some are temptingly cheaper, but with a product such as this, expect to get what you pay for. As they say, there's no "free lunch". I won't ship anything with my label on it unless it's 100% right. You can rely on that.
If you're buying Webers, our own 13-page Weber instruction manual takes you right through the entire setup process, from gas pedal adjustment to fuel pressure to ignition timing to synchronizing the four carburetors. We leave no room for error. For our EFI customers, we supply our own comprehensive 40+ page instruction manual. No other EFI company supplies anything like it...and some companies supply no instructions at all.
Our #1 goal is for your installation to be a 100% success. To that end, we can supply EVERYTHING you will need. That may also include an ignition system if you don't have one for EFI. When you place your order, we take you through a complete worksheet to determine exactly what you'll need, and whatever you need, we'll provide it all. We will never send you off to figure out even the smallest of details for yourself.
Customer Service is all-important
Our personal support continues well beyond the sale and is available indefinitely. We realize that for some buyers, price is all that matters. Some companies rely on low prices because it's the only leverage they have. If you pay a lower price, expect to get less. The highest quality product is never sold for the lowest price; that's just a basic law of business.
If you already own a Weber 8-stack system that came from somebody else and it needs work, we'll correct it for you, but there's a catch..... First, you are required to watch this video
So why are There Two "Inglese" Companies?
There's a lot of confusion about INGLESE INDUCTION SYSTEMS vs. JIM INGLESE 8-STACK SYSTEMS, and I'm really sorry about all that. They're actually two separate companies that are in no way connected. I know everybody wonders how this can be.
INGLESE INDUCTION SYSTEMS was my original company, founded in 1980. I sold that company a long time ago and then I came back into it under my own name as JIM INGLESE EIGHT STACK SYSTEMS. The original company, INGLESE INDUCTION SYSTEMS, was owned by Comp Cams in Tennessee, and our two companies, while sharing the name, were never affiliated. Today, that company (INGLESE INDUCTION SYSTEMS) is no longer in business. Now it's just me again, Jim Inglese Eight-Stack Systems, and there is much less confusion.
My assemblies show my signature on the label as shown below. If this label isn't on the front carburetor or throttle body, it wasn't built here. Anything with this label carries my personal guarantee that I've invested my experience and reputation into that assembly.
I invite you to come in and have a look around these pages. If you're looking for useful information, I think you're really going to enjoy this website. If you'd like to talk about your project, please call or email me. Please don't text me; I never see them or answer any texts. Thank you.

The signature label also displays the website and phone.
